This current generation in Western society has seen the creation of silos. We can find ourselves in siloed environments even in our home. All with our own rooms, computers, TV, Iphones.
The social networking world takes our young people to a place where most of their interaction is through a screen. This is the first generation that does not need leaders to gain information.
This is not just an issue for young people, it is across the generations.
